Select Work Samples - Prescott Place

Prescott Place is a high end single family cluster development that was centered upon the historic Bush family mansion. The mansion was converted to two seperate units as the main focal point of the subdivision. James Burkart Associates was responsible for the landscape, patio layouts, and irrigation design.

I was responsible for the design of the landscape, irrigation, and the patio layouts. I was responsible for the inspections of the site. The project was completed in fall of 2007.
