Select Work Samples - OU Lincoln Hall

With a leaking roof, handicap inaccessibility, and no air conditioning, Lincoln Hall was deteriorating quickly for the university. The residence hall is located in the heart of the campus. James Burkart Associates charge was to distinguish an grand entrance staircase, residence lounging patios, walls, and redesign the landscape around the perimeter of the building.

My scope was to compile the schematic, design development, and construction documents. I was responsible for cost estimating, coordination between disciplines, and client interaction.

At project completion, I was responsible for inspections and punchout list items to the contractor.
