With hundred acres to spare Honda North Corporation in Troy, OH was looking to expand its facilites on site. A local Architecture firm asked James Burkart Associates to design a landscape and irrigation plan in accordance with LEED accredidation. This project was awarded the highest  level of LEED certification. Today there are less than a hundred buildings to achieve this status.

The design included master planning a 323 car parking lot, by which I helped master plan the grades on site for proper water managment. I assisted in the development of the landscape improvements and irrigation construction drawings. I was responsible for insuring that all LEED accredation was met through restoration of open space, utilization of non-potable water for irrigating the landscape lawns and plant beds.
