This private residence tucked in the hills of Knoxville, TN was looking to increase the property value before selling. The resident was looking to include an additional driveway to ease the pedestrian access to the ingress of the house. Faced with serious grading issues, I devised a contemporary design that included a fountain, sitting space, landscaping, irrigation, which eased the the walk to the front entry.
